Warranty remedy
If a covered defect occurs during the warranty period, Flow Doors Architectural Studio will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective component and ship the replacement at no charge, or refund the price of the defective component.
Warranty coverage on any replacement part extends only for the remainder of the original warranty period. Flow Doors is not responsible for labor costs to remove or reinstall parts, finishing or refinishing costs, or any other incidental expenses associated with a warranty repair, unless expressly required by applicable law.
This limited warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy available. No other warranties — express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose — are provided or recognized.
